Message	earlier, despite having a heavier spring. Best response will always be with an electronic boost controller. You want range, so I would adjust the wastegate to just start cracking open at 12 psi resulting in an actual operating boost pressure of about 10 psi. The difference between the two is because in real operation there is exhaust pressure also acting on the wastegate, trying to push it open.
