Subject	t3t4 turbo fitment

Message	I was wondering if anybody has any experience or knowledge of the fitment of Turbonetics' T3T4 hybrid turbos. Reason I ask is I am thinking of purchasing a tt that has these turbos installed. The owner said instead of putting them ON the frame rails they installed them BELOW the rails. I am asking for input because a fellow enthusiast highly doubts it because he claims there is no room for turbos with that big a frame. Thanks guys.
