Congrats on the new home! Merry Christmas! Anyway, Tile Clad II. It's a fantastic product. I love it. I did it about nine years ago, two days after closing on our house. I bought it on the recommendation of members at Garage Journal.com. When cured, it's a very hard rubber product. When I cut up cardboard boxes, I can do it right on the floor, with little to no affect on the blade or the floor. Is a volatile two part epoxy. I highly recommend coating the floor first thing in the morning, and leaving for the day. It is VERY volatile. I recommend two kits ($150 each-ish). I did not use any speckle flecks, but I recommend you do. I did not add grit either. This does make the floor slippery when wet. But, it makes it VERY easy to clean up spills and sweep messes away. If I were to grit, I'd do it only around the perimeter, and down the center, if a two car garage. I do not have pictures online. I think I've eliminated most of my online presence.
