Message	the other type is a two part foam which is self curing. The Great Stuff requires that it be used in an void where it can get air to cure. Frame rails do not meet that requirement. If you are not careful, you'll have a syrupy dripping mess oozing from your frame rails. Don't believe me? spray some in a soda bottle and cap it off.
