Message	1k per month gets you a dumpy little studio and utilities are usually extra. I think this area, Manhattan and San Fran are the priciest cities in the country. That being said the weather is unbeatable and after living here my entire life I'm spoiled by it. It's currently 66 with a high of 72 today. What's the weather like in Canada this time of year? :) When it comes time to actually buy property I'll need to move though. Run of the mill track homes are ~750k here and they usually need a considerable amount of work. Something move in ready and you are looking at 7 figures usually.
