Message	The more I realized that Porsche takes their buyers seriously for granted and only fixes major design problems if there is enough stink made by the unfortunate owners during the warranty period... and even then they can put the screws to you re: the IMS bearing issue that plagued pretty much every Porsche from 1999 to 2008 except the very pricy turbo & GT3 which have their own issues. Total cost of ownership is high, doing your own work is extremely difficult and parts are bloody expensive. Rental or lease and is the only way I'd run one... for the $$$ to buy & maintain, the ugly GTR is the better option.
