Having owned 20+ of the S30 series, I agree with ConVerTT. Even AZ and NM cars have corrosion. Lift the interior cover along the rocker panels and check for rust in the rockers, above the front wheels on the top of the upper frame rails.Front Inner fender reinforcement above the frame rail at the Tension/Compression mount inside the wheel well. Front strut towers at the bottoms, Floor pans, rear quarters and dog-legs into the rocker area. Rear tail-light panel sill inside the hatch area for bubbles between the layers. These unit-bodies had a lot of areas where multiple layers of metal where laid up and spot-welded without any corrosion protection between them and the 240 bodies were not dipped after production, so there was bare metal everywhere. Also have a close look for collision damage and previous repairs. If anything looks strange, take pictures and post them up or email them to me. The mechanicals are pretty simple and available, but a damaged chassis is really a problem now that there are no more chassis parts available. If it is as clean as is represented, pull the trigger on it. They are starting to climb in value and are great cars to drive.
