Message I have a complete CC delete (ripped out EVERYTHING) and looking into better venting options since I have the car still torn apart. Current ghetto setup is cheap fuel vent hose coiled on top of the tank with this "Boat Vent" zip-tied in place. Twice after "spirited" driving on a fresh full tank I got a tiny bit of spillage as the hose filled up. It came out when I parked on the slant in the driveway. Never did it with normal driving. I never got much fuel smell in the garage, but I know being open to air it was speeding the process of evaporating all my gas when it was sitting.

I'm considering purchasing this little expensive trinket to test out: II Much Fuel/Diff Vent. Has anyone else here used one before? I read whatever I could find on it and it seems to be legit. Lots of Camaro/Vette/Older Hot Rod guys using them. Aeromotive actually recommends it with their set-ups. Only problem is I wouldn't know where to mount it. It's about the size of a coke can and has to be mounted vertically above the tank.......I definitely am not mounting it in the car as per II Much's recommendation. I was wanting to hang it on the bracket where the hardlines mount on the top of the drivers side of the tank, but that doesn't fit with their instructions. Any thoughts on this? Or a better alternative?
