The stock braking system uses a rear rotor that is slightly larger diameter than the front. IMO the best way to go about the upgrade is to get the same size rotors front and rear since it is unlikely to find larger aftermarket rotors which preserve the exactly the same front/rear ratio...equal size would be about as close as I imagine you could get. Otherwise if you go smaller in rear than front, the braking bias gets thrown off and you will be trying to compensate for it in other areas...pad material, caliper swept area, total piston area, etc....it can become a real mess and you risk really fucking up the braking performance on the car. IIRC the wilwood kit that fit under stock wheels was using 12.5" rotors.....stock is F/R 11/11.5 IIRC...and you can go with at least 13" rotors under 17" wheels with most common BBK caliper sets. Probably going to be easier to source a set of brackets for those.
