Message	and have hard time fitting in cars with a helmet so I usually slouch or run with the top down or t-tops off when applicable, the latter sounding like a great option for a student budget in a DD. When I built my track car. I used Corbeau Forza seats with fixed backs. Their sliding brackets put the seat very low and gained the headroom I needed. Wedge Engineering modified the brackets so that I could bolt a standard seat belt latch to the right side of the driver seat and retain the use ot the stock seat belt. I also had 5 point harnesses and a proper rear roll bar installed. With my spider like legs and thin frame, I've never needed a removable wheel to slide in and out of any car, aside from open wheel race cars. Your genetics and packaging may differ.
