Message	The Thermostat still starts to open starts to open at the same time, and is still fully open at the same temp (lets say 180 degrees), but if the coolant can't get rid of the heat in the fully open state then you will run more hot. The Thermostat is still doing it's job, it's the improper coolant mixture that is causing it to not get rid of the heat when the Tstat is fully open.
