You're throwing money down the toilet if you don't. A modified Toyota engine would've required the same. "Stage 3" tune doesn't tell us anything. At the very least, buy yourself a wideband gauge and get the EPROM retuned from SZ for the specific mods you have (and octane of fuel you will run). Look into the J&S Safeguard knock controller. BTW, AMS (Canada) parts are junk. I would steer clear of those in the future. And for god's sake don't run WOT with a lean-running engine. That's how you break shit. Good luck with it
