Message	You do realize that this is not illegal whatsoever. It is simply a loophole in the insurance business. Call your insurance company - even they will tell you they do not care if the vehicle runs or if you simply have a section of the firewall - if you want to put it on your policy and you have a title, you can add it to your policy.
