Message I would run 70% water and 30% coolant for starters.

The Koyo rad is pretty efficient, but if you have AC, what do the fins on your condenser look like? If they are all bent up, you are not getting enough air flow through to aid cooling.

On the track, it does help to remove the fan shroud to allow more air flow through the radiator.

Another trick that does help is to get the radiator coated with a ceramic heat dispersion coating.

Also ensure the lower shield that sits below the front fascia is there. It aids in ducting airflow through the condenser.

Are you using a stock lower rad hose? I would change it to a hard pipe.
