Considering there really isnt anything heavy on the front half of the car to be replaced, it would be purely for aesthetics. I'm guessing the prices you would need to charge to make body panels profitable would price out most of the types of folks who would want them. As for fenders, the inward clearance just as much of a problem as is the fender lip clearance for going wider wheel/tires up front. The amount you stand to gain in width isn't nearly worth the expense and hassle....especially for a street car.
