Message	The rates due to experience level and competition. I am not getting a big response on people's past experience so I am not able to make a conclusion on what is wrong with my proposition but perhaps the thought and price of shipping may discourage people from the idea. I think 700 is about average for those pieces, some places charge more and some costing less. Thanks for your input.
