Message I wouldn't change all the 120 kit items if it only had 32k on it, I would just inspect everything such as the belt for fraying/abnormal wear, the t-belt pulleys for play (if they can spin freely for a long time then it's probably a good idea to replace them) the water pump for signs of water coming from the bottom weep hole/ play in the bearing. It's not going to hurt anything if you do change everything.
Other things would be:
-pcv valves
-valve cover gaskets
-all (including idle air, pcv system, coolant) hoses and vacuum lines
-thermostat (although I haven't had one go bad yet)
-spark plugs
-accessory belts

and in more depth (if your Z actually had 120k)
-knock sensor and harness
-ecu harness
-crank shaft and cam shaft seals
-rod bearings/oil pan gasket
-oil pressure sensor
-fuel filter
-turbo chra's
-alternator (if it hadn't already been changed)
