Message	boost leaks by pressuring the intake piping versus how boost is built with the engine running are 2 very different things. For starters, you are pressuring the entire piping system, even though in reality some of the piping is always under vacuum. Take for example, the piping from the air filters to the compressor inlet of the turbo. That piping is always under vacuum. What else connects to that piping? The PCV hoses that connect up to the intake valve covers. So now, you are pressuring your crankcase to said pressure as well. It's OK for 5 psi, but definitely not for 25psi. I guarantee that at that pressure you will at the very least have the dipstick shoot out and at the worst have a cam/crank/ rear main seal pop out. Hole that explanation makes sense.
