| It's been a while but finally got this done...correctly. Back in 04 I installed the JDM mirrors on my NA...and quickly discovered the viewing angle was off. After the hard work of de-pinning the mirror wires at the switch (as JDM and USDM are pinned differently), guessing which went where, I finally got the mirror adjustment correct and wanted to be done with it. I was younger and put up with the horrible viewing angle. Keep in mind this was all before DVDBurn had figured the wiring out and posted his easy to use guide for the swapping the switches. However, I have yet to see much details on correcting the viewing angle so either people haven't posted much on it or really no one has ever bother to do it. When I got my turbo, I took those mirrors off the NA, thinking one day I might want to put them on my TT but before that I would get the viewing angle correct. Having done this now...I'm so much happier with them. I was also able to obtain a rather rare OEM optional part that was sold by Nissan in Japan for the folding mirrors. It is essentially a control box with sub harness that allows the mirrors to fold automatically based on the ignition. Below is a quick video demonstration and a link to more details of this install.  And in NZR news...I bought a new car for primarily business use. 2007 LS460 L with executive seating package. Perfect for showing clients homes! I've always wanted one with this rather rare package. I've got a thing for pearl white cars.
