Your logs indicated your Haltech was throwing a code for a communication error with the I/O box, this will cause the ECU to not read Ethanol content and will cause the issue your having. We had this same issue on another Haltech set up, Haltech changed out the I/O box and this completly fixed the other car with the same issue. We told you to replace the I/O box as it was likely bad, Have you done that? We also have had issues with every car that had ID2200cc injectors that ran Ethanol, those injectors have turned out to be problematic on Ethanol. Your car ran great when we had it, you also told us it ran great for the first month getting it back, and it has been intermittent since that time. The I/O error is something that has to be addressed before going forward as the ECU is telling you it has a issue. The Injectors have been proven to give grief and replacing those is highly suggested as we told you before installing them.
