If you would have just done the work yourself you would only probably spent maybe 25k and would have been able to put that outer 45k in to something else. Not to mention you would know a lot more about your Z then you do now. There are a lot of people that spend money and have very little idea of what there Z is doing. Most things on a Z are not no where near the pita that so many people make them out to be. The shops want you to think you are getting a deal so you feel better about what they are charging you, but if you had a better understanding of mechanics then you would know a good deal is doing it yourself and save that extra money or spending it else where.
