Message I went with all SPL parts and Whiteline bushings. The Whiteline subframe bushings are a bit confusing as there are two subframe bushings that will work. I went with the shorter one and 10mm spacers for subframe. The longer one is slightly longer that stock (did not like that).

Greg Dupree recommends stock suframe bushings and his preload spacers. I had solids for subframe but the car was too noisy. Greg described it as a "megaphone" for the interior. Greg's spacers also put the driveshaft at a better angle as it moves the subframe closer to body (mine also do that).

I think best shock/springs is questionable. I put on BC racing coilovers and usually have them on the softest position.

My car is still in project phase so I can take photos...just ask
