in regards to Mobil 1 and the stories these people have told me about their negative experiences with Mobil 1, I suppose that TECHNICALLY the customer has no case to pursue the problem with Mobil because they did not adhere to the fine print statement above in regards to severe service and the consequential shortened life of Mobil 1. I didn't make this up; it's right there on the back of the bottle. But as too often happens, people only pay attention to the big print, the big marketing signage, the TV commercials, etc, instead of doing some research and comparison using the technical data stated by not only the manufacturers but also testing between brands.
