Message if you're mechanically inclined. Yes, you want to relieve fuel rail pressure first, but that's a very easy task. Unplug the small fuse for it (easier than disconnecting the relay connector behind driver's side kick-panel) and crank your engine a few times. It might start then die, crank it a little after it dies. there will still be residual fuel in the lines but no pressure, so it at least won't spray you in the face.

Plenum R&R is easy, just tedious with all the crap in the way. probably about 6 hours the first time, but after you do all the deletes/reroutes, it's only a 30 minute job.

2 of your injectors failed, it's only a matter of time before the rest do. Now's the best time to switch to new-style injectors which are much more reliable. Buy the correct adapter kit for your fuel rail and buy all new fuel lines and spring clamps. Your new injectors will come with new o-rings. Allen-head screws for the injectors are also advised - OEM phillips head screws like to strip.

If you decide to only replace the ones that have failed (not a good idea), use penetrating oil on the screw-heads and injectors prior to removing the plenum. After removing the plenum, thoroughly clean around the injector so that no debris falls into the cylinder upon removal. I had to use vice grips on my old injector screws, they were stuck. Use vaseline on the o-rings of the new injectors before you install it into the rail. Press straight down without twisting/rolling/pinching the o-rings. Put it all back together and clean any raw fuel thoroughly prior to re-starting your car and you're done.
