Message	What is the recommended process for respraying the front bumper when you need to prep the lower rock guard portion? Is there a way to safely strip away the paint without destroying the molded rock guard, or is the best case option to scotch brite scuff it and respray base ontop of original paint? It's almost like in order to really get a fresh foundation to paint on you need to buy a new bumper...
