Message	The OEM heat shields simply disperse the heat to prevent localized effects. I should be receiving engineering drawings tomorrow of a set of composite thermal "jackets" that are specifically tailored for these manifolds that will sinch up tightly to the manifold itself; holding the heat in for optimal effect. There are no "bosses" nor corporate logos - this was intentional to make best fit for a thermal jacket. Enthusiasts soon understand each other. --W. Irving. Are you an enthusiast?
