One thing I do NOT like: the auto climate control function - you can't select which vent/where the air is blowing from. You can only change high/low, "auto"/econ. In 91 they changed it to be able to select the vents, much more desirable. There were slight improvements as the years went on, but all in all there's no year to "avoid". It's all about the condition of that particular car. 90's did have the "soft valve" issue, and injectors are prone to failure due to design. I prefer the badge-less nose panel and the steering wheel. Don't stress SO much on mileage.... some may have lower miles but the owner has beat the pi$$ out of it. Might find one with higher mileage but has been meticulously maintained and NOT beat the hell.
