I'm shopping around patiently and have been finding all sorts of 300ZX in all conditions. I've found a few cleaner ones that I am considering, 1 is a 1990. I know that 1990 (Technically 1989 and 1990) were the first year of production, and I read somewhere that the first cars had some type of head or milling issue that causes compression problems in cylinder #6 and or #1. No clue if that is accurate but its what I've seen online. I'm assuming a a compression test would help determine if the car had this problem. If a car as over 60K-100K, would have this problem already have presented itself? Are 1990 cars worth considering or should I probably stay away and find a 91-95?
