Message his intake plenum as an upgrade. If that were the case, he would deserve the same scrutiny.

Anything short of a bed plate that ties into the oil pan rail for extra rigidity is a downgrade. Like I said before, the webbing in the block is the weak point. This does nothing to address that weakness, and likely allows more block flex than the OEM girdle because the caps are not rigidly fixed to one another.

I'm not trying to be a dick either, I'm just calling it like I see it. It's one thing to put together your own system for personal use, it is entirely another to offer it for sale claiming it is an upgrade.
