Message	I been having problems trying to pop the lifter body from the housing. After striking the lifters over and over again and beating my hands up i figured there has to be an easier way so I got a 10ft 1" sch40 pvc pipe and just dropped the lifter down the pipe to hit the arbor plate from my shop press and viola.
