Message	providing they are tightened using an angle-wrench as outlined in the FSM. The angle-wrench method provides a much more balanced and predictable clamping force on the heads than can be achieved using a torque-wrench alone. ARP studs are tightened using only a torque-wrench, not the angle method. I would question the longevity of the head-gaskets in any engine built using studs.
