High ISO is causing the extreme noise. Lowering it will require a longer shutter time, but will give you a better picture. You can achieve a lower shutter time on a tripod (or gorillapod is my favorite to just carry around randomly), or in a tight spot, you can always manuever it on the ground or other fixed object. Looks like you're using a flash, but on-camera flashes aren't worth much. This is causing the bright spots in your photo and the odd exposures. Leave the flash off for now. I'd recommend checking out one of the Scott Kelby books if you want to get started. They're very easy to read, and cover a lot of good concepts.
