I've had a set of 17x9+35 RPF1 in my garage collecting dust and I figured it was about time I get them fitted. I had to use a 10mm spacer to clear my brembo calipers, so the actual offset is more like 17x9+25. I'm changing the rubber to R-compound I think, but was trying to see if the 255 40 profile in the front is safe. I have a feeling that the 245 would be safer. I was concerned about the metal tabs that are on the (broken) fender liner. It looks like they'll strike rubber if i go over a corner or get a 1.5" of compression on the shocks.
