Message I'm not sure I follow. In blowthrough MAF you just mount the two MAF sensors in the intercooler piping. With MAP, you mount the pressure sensor in the manifold, and you run an intake temp sensor. How is that less plumbing or sensors? I suppose you wire two MAFs, instead of one MAP pressure sensor. But you also have to wire the MAP temp sensor. Intake/Intercooler/BOV plumbing is essentially the same.

Also, we're not sure how much blowthrough MAF costs yet. Selin hasn't released the pricing.

IMO the best setup is a Haltech ECU, boost solenoid, dual wideband, and Selin blowthrough. Granted, this is still probably more expensive than Haltech MAP. And untested. But I prefer the ECU to measure the amount of air mass, not calculate/estimate it.

...Just one person's opinion.

Either way, the Adaptronic looks like an awesome bang for the buck.
