Message	It doesn't sound like you have a bad condenser or anything, it sounds more like the suction throttle valve isn't working correctly. It's supposed to regulate the amount of refrigerant flow through the evaporator, so if it's not working correctly it will never reduce the amount of refrigerant going through. Strange thing is, it usually fails the other way around--not allowing enough refrigerant through. Has it been gutted, or is it possible the previous owner gutted it?
