and depinned and repinned that white connector. I was running this way for the last few years without noticing. It baffles me that Nissan would use the same colour code for those 2 wires on the same connector. SMH. This year, upon switching to Haltech, the Haltech ECU reported a fault for the speed sensor. The stock ECU wouldn't do this. I figured it out quickly that it was the wires crossed. On the dyno, we quickly found out that VTC was only activating on the passenger side. Try as we might, tearing into the top end of the engine, we couldn't get the driver's side going. It's just not getting enough oil to actuate. Fast forward to now and the engine is out on the stand. Going to pull the driver's side head off and see if we can figure out what the heck is going on.
