Using a length of wooden dowel (to prevent damage) slit, or drill small hole near the top. Then take old microfiber towels, cut into 1/4ths (depending on size) attach one corner thru slit or hole to secure then wrap into ball, tuck remaining loose corner under bottom wrap, and using drill apply or remove wheel polish. When cloth becomes loaded (black residue) re-wrap opposite side, or wrap new 1/4 piece.
