Solenoids in factory form do not act to lower or control boost, they serve to raise it. You should not have removed solenoids until after you got a boost controller. No solenoids + boost jets = no mans land. There might be a size that would work for you, but the size is going to be trail and error and the lag is going to be much worse than it has to be. Springs = 7 psi. Springs + solenoids on = 9-10psi. Factory boost gauge is junk too, so get a real gauge. Yes, safety boost messes with your timing. exactly how depends on your ecu upgrade. Don't ask crazy questions. get your car out of safety/limp mode right away. It's insanity to be worrying about anoy of the other things you are worrying about till thats fixed.

Putting AMS garbage, and $500 ebay wheels on a Z is like dressing a Victorias Secret model in a Walmart dress and Payless shoes. You're embarrassing yourself. |
