Message	It's f@#ked up but true. Go down there, call the cops and have them meet you there. Let the owner in on it and tell the police your trying to scare the employees to giving up who has the key!!! They won't, but It'll embarrass them, the shop will have cops sitting outside and they will have to question everybody, felony theft. Price a new lock set and install from your local stealership and put it in the police reports as well as demand they pay you for it right there. They know who has it.
