Message	Just kidding, but really it can only identify tires that are not concentric. This could mean either that the outer diameter is not true, or not concentric with the inner diameter. It is sometimes possible to remount the tire in a different position on the wheel to mitigate this condition, but it will not totally relieve the problem. Either the tires are round, or they are not.
