Message	Paypal gives you 45 days to make a claim in the event something like this happens. There were a couple of times I did not examine things right away and had to suck it up because it had passed a reasonable time limit-- I knew it was my own fault at that point. btw, the JWT and Clutchmasters flywheels are very similar to the Fidanza, so it could be one of those that you have. I would check that out. Unfortunately could also be a no-name "ebay" part.
