Message	clutch engages. And the slave cylinder shouldn't be exerting much force on the clutch lever. You should be able to move the slave cylinder piston a bit by hand. I would recommend you adjust according to this: [ http://specialtyz.com/blog/?page_id=178 ] If that doesn't solve it, you might need to investigate the clutch disc or hydraulic system.
