Chances are the GTR BMC is going to be more expensive than aftermarket anyway, unless there is a GTR sitting in your local pull-a-part, so why not just get aftermarket and get the precise size & design features you are looking for?
Just frankensteining parts together because they come off newer and/or more expensive/modern cars does not automatically mean you are "upgrading" if you do not take the appropriate factors into consideration.
