MPH range with stock turbos and small piping on race fuel about 10 years ago. E85 will make it easier to beat those times, adding breather mods will make it even easier. High 10's can be done with 2560's. With breather mods and E85 there is no reason to use anything smaller than 2860 turbos. About 10 years ago I drove Charles park's Z with stock Turbos and a 80 shot in the 1/4 and ran a 10 second pass. That was back with small piping and race fuel. The breather Mods and E85 will offer more than the 80 shot, So I think even stock turbos could run a high 10 second pass on E85 with breather mods.
