Message	How many people here currently use 0 weight motor oils? Reason I ask,Walmart has rolled back their oil prices,and there's an online coupon for Edge 0W40 (aka "German Castrol",which according to folklore is their only PAO base motor oil) for $5 off,which makes it really cheap! They no longer carry the Edge 10W40 and was wondering about the 0W40. According to Castrol's pds,its between a 10W30 and 10W40 weight viscosity-wise. Are 0 weights made with too "thin" of a base oil for 80s-90s era engines? I've had people tell me both sides of that debate,for and against.
