Message	If it doesn't run, start, or drive offer him 2000 for his low mileage shell. Look at the engine harness (connectors) Cas sensor (in the middle or off to the sides) Pull the dipstick (oil, oil & gas, or milky) Signs it's been worked on (anything look wierd)
