Bolt-on injector bungs that don't require removal of the lower plenum for installation of BDE fuel rails!!! If you don't mind that the injector's point of injection is moved up a bit higher than stock (note: the original BDE bungs retain OE injection point height), then these are for you. Bolt-on bungs are optional and BDE will continue to offer the original bungs as well. ARP clamp bolts are not included but I can hook you up if you want them. Bolt-on bung parts left to right: internal o-ring cushion, bung top view, bung bottom view, bung/plenum o-ring. Bottom: SS clamp. Internal o-ring cushion installed, bung/plenum o-ring installed.
Fuel rails installed with ID1000 injectors. Note the purple injector length adapters are not needed with this setup. ID1300s and 2000s will need to use the grey length adapters. ARP bung clamp bolts are not included. Improvement 1: addition of fuel temp sensor boss. I originally left this out since it was only used for the PRVR system with the stock ECU but with the proliferation of stand-alone ECUs I decided to finally include it to allow users to add fuel temperature compensation to their tuning. Fuel temp sensor ground lug on opposite side of sensor boss. Improvement 2: No more phenolic mount blocks!!! New blocks are anodized 6061 aluminum.
