Message What I can tell you is people will have a huge range of experiences, it is a LOVE/HATE ...............
In my experience, at least 90% of the systems I have seen on 300ZXTT's have been installed poorly, or they did not not have enough fail safes for them to be safe.
I have seen many more failures, or results from failures, than I know of good experiences.
More than half of the water/meth systems people have wanted tuned on tuning trips have not worked when turned on while on the dyno, the people all thought they were working. Most of them when working only make about 50 HP more than pump gas with the mixes people were running before we start picking up knock.
I know of failures from lack of the system working when the power level depended on it, I know of failures from relays getting wet causing the pump to run and kill a engine from hydrolock, I know of control failures that caused hydrolock, ect......

Added risk is real, but I also know of a number of people with great success running water injection.
Running most mixes will not net the gains of race fuel, but they do add power when tuned correctly, but with added risk.

We have tuned straight meth on 93 octane and made similar power to E85 without knock.
Here is a sport 700 turbo set up making 690 RWHP on 93 octane and straight meth with zero knock.
Red is 93 octane
Blue is 93 with straight meth

This person has been successfully running his set up for several years, the Meth he is running is interesting and cheap, he adds zero water, it has not killed the pump. He also runs a J&S knock controller with LED knock display.
He has had small issues with his system, but regular maintenance and his fail safes have kept him in check.

Personally, I am not brave enough to trust water/meth systems, but if you feel lucky, it is alternative that can make power. It requires a very well thought out system, and a user that understands and maintains the system. I would highly suggest a knock controller or stand-alone ECU with knock control.
It requires custom tuning, just turning it on will lower power until the mixture is leaned out, timing and boost are added.
