good mechanic at the wrenches does and they are hard to find at a dealership especially for the Z32. I had an issue with my 92 way back in 96 with the tranny because they put Valvoline GL3, GL4 and GL5 rated gear oil in there during a service. They had to replace the tranny with a new unit under warranty, took me almost a year to to get it worked out because the shifting failure was slow. GL 5 in the tranny a NO NO when Nissan recommends pure GL4. And do not use gear oils that say Meets GL3, GL4 and GL5 spec, that only works for the diffy fluids as spec upgrades are acceptable. After trying many synthetics like Amsoil 75w 90, Redline MT 90, Mobile 1 75w 90, Valvoline 75w 90 the only gear lube I found that works for me in the Z32 tranny is Royal Purple Max Gear 75w-90, but ridiculously expensive and it happens to be double rated (GL4 and GL5) and per their tech department recommended for GL4 applications. Been using it over 5 years and no issues and has kept the tranny quiet and great shifting. I use Mobil1 synthetic 75w 90 GL5 in the diffy.
