Message	as I had no cats and 17 degrees of timing and one day I got tired of the raw fuel smell. I ended up getting a pair of the Vibrant 200 Cell cats (remember these aren't even the 300 cell cats), added 2 bottles of heat, dropped my timing down to 10 degrees and leaned out the car. I also ran a fuel system cleaner before as well, I also heated the hell out of the cats before I checked my emissions. Guess what I passed not even passed by a little bit but by almost hybrid car levels. So take some time and tweak the car and I am sure you will pass.
